Week 1
June 8th-12th
Come be charmed by A.A. Milne's
lovely poetry and learn it by heart with friends through fun and games
and make belief, of course.
A half-day camp for ages 4-6, pre-k students who get out of school for the summer a little earlier in the month than their older peers. The perfect way for parents to get another week of normalcy before summer craziness ensues!

Week 2
June 29th- July 3rd
Are you enchanted by tiny things?
Come celebrate feathers and pearls, rain drops and walnut shells, seedheads and snowflakes, as we explore the world of all things small and precious and perfectly formed, through poetry.
We'll meet poems in creative ways, write some of our own, and put together a performance to remember!
This is a full day camp for ages 8-14

Week 3
July 6th-10th
Taking Caspar Henderson's The Book of Barely Imagined Beings: a 21st Century Bestiary for our guide,

we'll explore and write poetry about astonishingly curious creatures that actually exist, from the adorable, aquatic axolotl to the exotic zebrafish.
We'll fashion a fantastic show for family and friends to perform by Friday at pickup!
This is a full day camp for ages 8-14

Week 4
July 13th-17th
Let's marry the wit and humor of Alice Harman's lively intro to art objects from the Louvre museum in Paris to poetry crafted by kids and see what comes of it!

Campers will dabble in set design and bring art to life through poetry & performance. ​

Week 5
A Collaboration with Sky Soup Art Center
July 20th-24th
Dwell with us on the fluffly, marshmallowy,
moody, magnificent forms we call clouds!
Participants can choose to start the day with Sky Soup Art Center where they will create
cloud-erific costumes and props before having lunch and being walked to the poetry theater in the afternoon. Once there, we will discover cloud poems and create an unforgettable, atmospheric performance for family and friends.

​Select to spend the morning with Miss Jacque at the theater making magic on the page and the stage! We'll write our own cloud poems, create large backgrounds, and choreograph lighting and special effects.

We recommend the all day theater experience for ages 10-14
and the morning with Sky Soup for ages 5-9.

Calling all cat lovers! Come discover and craft poems about the slinky, sly, and sometimes silly creatures who are at once both utterly ordinary and mightily mysterious!
Start the day with Sky Soup Art Center. Make cat-erific costumes and props, have lunch, be walked to the poetry theater in the afternoon, learn cat poems through fun and games, and create an unforgettable show for family and friends to be performed on Friday at pickup.
